Brian M. Cote, 34, of 71 Federal St., Belchertown, Mass., was charged with second-degree harassment, 5:08 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 25

Hector M. Almodovar, 30, of 19 West Rd., Ellington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:35 a.m.

Cove C. Smith, 20, of 19 Mill St., East Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 7:25 a.m.

Thomas P. Sullivan, 24, of 158 Ellington Ave., Ellington, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 9:50 a.m.

Thomas J. Quail, 31, of 12 Summer St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child, 4:13 p.m.
