Hernan F. Dominguez-Rivera, 47, of 27 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 2:28 a.m.

Catherine Dail, 53, of 142 Pinnacle Springs Rd., Chesterfield, N.H., was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 3:13 p.m.

Philip A. Faticanti, 73, of 231 Gilead Rd., Andover, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signal, 4:14 p.m.

Oct. 27

Anthony M. Monaco, 47, of 159 Rose Cir., Middletown, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:45 a.m.

David L. Losa, 66, of 105 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 7:17 p.m.
