Rosa I. Mendez, 42, of 42 Forest St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:40 a.m.

Melissa L. Buxton, 29, of 27 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 10:35 p.m.

Oct. 26

Hernan F. Dominguez-Rivera, 47, of 27 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 2:28 a.m.

Catherine Dail, 53, of 142 Pinnacle Springs Rd., Chesterfield, N.H., was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, 3:13 p.m.

Philip A. Faticanti, 73, of 231 Gilead Rd., Andover, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signal, 4:14 p.m.
