Oct. 4

Karl J. Todd, 51, of 113 Wells Rd., East Windsor, was charged with violation of a protective order, 3:18 a.m.

Edgar E. Lopez, 32, of 856 Carew St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:20 a.m.

Irell L. Smith, 21, of 90 Church St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating under suspension, 10:20 p.m.

Alex Lindinger, 22, of 147 Sheridan Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree assault, conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and carrying a dangerous weapon, 11:23 p.m.

Maringel Benitez, 24, of 1543 King St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 2:45 a.m.

Rodney Virella, 26, of 1543 King St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 3:00 a.m.

George A. O'Conner, Jr., 36, of 591 Zion St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order (two counts) and second-degree threatening, 11:54 p.m.
