James W. Wheat III, 30, of 25 Gary Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (four counts), 12:30 a.m.

Cheronda R. McKinnon, 27, of 490 Enfield St., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating under suspension and traveling too fast for conditions, 5:30 a.m.
