Monday, Sept. 11

Edward R. Bedard, Jr., 26, of 1103 Bigelow Commons, Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility and operating without minimum insurance, 1:40 a.m.

Jason D. Morales, 34, of 1308 Eastern Pkwy., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree harassment, 2:25 p.m.

James M. Keller, 59, of 23 Gordon Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint, 8:23 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 12

Yadira I. Narvaez, 41, of 45 Brownell Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 4:26 a.m.
