Wednesday, Sept. 12

Michael D. Higgins, 24, of 128 Middlesex St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with third-degree burglary and first-degree larceny, 6:10 a.m.

Angela N. Martin, 24, of 39 Barnum St., East Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear, 6:45 a.m.

Maureen M. Cormier, 43, of 47 Lynch Rd., Wales, Mass., was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 10:45 a.m.

Carlos Rodriguez-Mendes, 41, of 150 Mather St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 5:54 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 13

Cody R. Perry, 19, of 39 Center St., Windsor, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 5:18 a.m.

Yousef G. Saleh, 40, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:30 a.m.

Christopher P. Weeks, 47, of 155 Mill St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 1:05 p.m.

Angela M. Bost, 42, of 147 Sumner Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics, 3:00 p.m.

Jessica M. Valencia, 34, of 822 Worthington St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics and on an extradition arrest, 3:54 p.m.

Hayden Chasse, 55, of 5 Forest Park Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of narcotics, 9:02 p.m.

Tony R. Byars, 56, of no certain address, was charged with violation of a protective order, operating under suspension and operating without a license, 11:05 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 14

Mason Z. Moore, 40, of 26358 Timbercreek Ln., Millsboro, Del., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:13 a.m.

Chad Roberts, 32, of 13 Pioneer Way, Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct, 5:45 p.m.

Kristen M. Howe, 46, of 14 Spring St., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 1:27 a.m.
