Wednesday, Sept. 13

Damon L. Spencer, 41, of 212 East Pearl St., Torrington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree larceny, third-degree robbery and robbery by carjacking, 9:00 p.m.

Teresa L. Harkins, 54, of 73 Park Ave., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 10:00 p.m.

Deion J. Graves, 20, of 547 Washington Rd., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license, 7:30 a.m.

Jerome W. Jenkins, Jr., 23, of no certain address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:40 a.m.

Joseph M. Calvi, 61, of 6 Fillmore Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, 7:11 p.m.

Esther A. Hernandez, 45, of 110 Prospect St., Bristol, was charged with issuing a bad check, 9:24 p.m.
