Sunday, Sept. 15

Brigitte D. St. Michel, 50, of 74 Fallon Dr., North Haven, was charged with operating under the influence and possession of a controlled substance, 4:25 a.m.

Derek Johnson, 29, of 36 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 9:50 a.m.

Kevin W. Barnett, 31, of 273 Hall Hill Rd., Somers, was charged with evading responsibility and operating under suspension, 5:10 p.m.

Xavier Torres, 43, of 40 Kenneth St., West Haven, was charged with operating under the influence and reckless driving, 6:15 p.m.
