David E. Lee, 41, of 159 Sherman Rd., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 10:10 a.m.
Shannon N. Steadman, 38, of 408 Halfway House Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:52 a.m.

Erica M. Dickson, 31, of 31 Loren Cir., Windsor, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 12:15 a.m.
Sept. 18
Dennise Diaz, 29, of 12-C Mill Pond Rd., Broad Brook, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:38 a.m.
Nataly Ramos, 32, of 32 Hartford Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:51 a.m.
