Jeffrey D. Picard, 45, of 20 Grant Dr., Somers, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 5:50 a.m.

Lisa Vandecar, 46, of 52 Cottage Rd., Enfield, was charged with violation of probation, 10:05 a.m.

Logan S. Lovell, 19, of 4 Harris St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:25 a.m.

Kevin M. Maynard, 30, of no certain address, was charged with first-degree violating conditions of release, charging less than $500 on revoked payment card and sixth-degree larceny, 4:45 p.m.

Amanda L. Schofner, 28, of 88 Homestead Blvd., Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and improper turn, 10:38 p.m.

Justin P. Werther, 32, of 12 Glendale Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 4:17 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 21

Shawn White, 47, of 81 Lloyd Ave., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operating a motor vehicle other than motorcycle without a license, 9:38 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Savannah V. Waters, 20, of 3 Victory St., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order, 1:40 a.m.

Adam J. Tillona, 41, of 156 North St., East Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:48 a.m.

Justo L. Gonzalez, 66, of 130 Bond St., New Britain, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:04 a.m.

Timothy J. Hausem, 37, of 4 King Ct., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), operating under suspension and failure to drive in proper lane, 7:00 p.m.

Joshua R. Hunt, 28, of 37 Middlesex Dr., Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order and second-degree failure to appear, 10:15 p.m.

James R. Scovill, 19, of 4 Robbin Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief, 11:30 p.m.
