Jean Rios-Rivera, 20, of 2309 Main St., Springfield, Mass., was charged on an extradition arrest, 2:24 p.m.

Nicholas J. Krawiec, 21, of 100 Andrews Way, South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence under age 21 and reckless driving, 3:09 p.m.

Friday, Sept. 20

Joseph J. Scirica, 48, of 95 Prospect St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 2:51 p.m.

Royce Yeomans, 32, of 22 Till St., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely and failure to carry registration/insurance card, 6:32 p.m.

Cynthia M. Lespier, 23, of 30 Parsons Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 9:50 p.m.

James Burke, 34, of 40 Laurie Dr., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 11:20 p.m.

Scott T. Payne, 31, of 40 Laurie Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 12:06 a.m.

Jalyssa M. Roman, 23, of 31 Evergreen, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary (six counts) and sixth-degree larceny (six counts), 3:26 a.m.
