Joshua A. Kelly, 27, of 2791 Main St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:45 a.m.
Sept. 24
Alexander W. Jacobs, 21, of 26 West Shore Dr., Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts) and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 12:12 p.m.
Sept. 25
Rodney J. Lynch, 44, of 26 Belle Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 2:33 a.m.
Meredith L. Lynch, 43, of 26 Belle Ave., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 3:29 a.m.
Stephanie J. Rosa, 44, of 16 Russell St., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree forgery, forgery of symbols and criminal impersonation, 5:49 p.m.
