Monday, Sept. 25

Sean M. Cain, 27, of 141 Fourth St., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:54 a.m.

Matthew P. Legault, 27, of 441 Springfield Rd., Somers, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating under suspension and defective windshield/wiper, 4:54 p.m.

Ashley N. Watson, 27, of 77 North St., Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 4:54 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 26

Nyal J. Coiley, 20, of 5 Dover Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:00 a.m.

Jose L. Velazquez, 37, of 114 Massasoit St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 11:36 a.m.

Patrick G. Dunbar, 36, of 19 Prospect St., Hartford, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition/defense weapon, risk of injury to a child and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 6:30 p.m.

Mohamed A. Othman, 24, of 4-A Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct, 7:00 p.m.

Abd A. Othman, 57, of 4-A Thistle Ln., Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, 7:05 p.m.
