Monday, Sept. 4

Andrew J. Heller, 21, of 18 Shady Oak Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 3:18 a.m.

John J. Giordano, 27, of 3 Circle Dr., Enfield, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 7:24 p.m.

Derek Moran, 46, of 67 Melba St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:47 p.m.

Shawn Oski, 39, of 99 Edgemont St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with first-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny, 9:58 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 5

Rafael X. Tellado, 23, of 31 Douglas St., Hartford, was charged with violating conditions of discharge, 11:28 a.m.

Michael L. Fiore, 61, of 3 Warriner Ave., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 11:35 a.m.

Angela J. Wigmore, 39, of 32 St. Thomas St., Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer, 1:45 p.m.

Jennifer L. Scicolone, 45, of 11 Fairfield Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 5:20 p.m.

David A. Smith, 53, of 14 Sullivan Ave., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:51 p.m.
