Wednesday, Sept. 6

Edward W. LaPierre, 21, of 16 Maple St., Westfield, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey traffic control signals, 2:43 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 7

Kaylen J. Torres, 22, of 25 Winding Ln., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 8:18 a.m.

John S. Weatherwax, 36, of 16 Winding Ln., Enfield, was charged with second-degree forgery and sixth-degree larceny, 9:50 a.m.

Jessica A. Radell, 36, of 32 Burnham St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 8:48 p.m.

Sean M. Cain, 27, of 141 Fourth St., Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:52 p.m.

John J. Kelly, 61, of 75 Conanicus Ave., Jamestown, R.I., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 8:14 p.m.

Raina T. Goding, 21, of 1878 Main St., Newington, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, illegal sale of prescription drugs, use of drug paraphernalia and interfering with an officer, 11:30 p.m.
