Friday, Sept. 6

Tatiana I. Diaz-Gonzalez, 27, of 47 Main St., Vernon, was charged with third-degree larceny (four counts), 6:44 a.m.

(Removed), was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 7:06 p.m.

Wanda M. Guay, 55, of 41-B Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 11:37 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 7

Ralph J. Freeman, 54, of 29 Wagon Rd., Enfield, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, 1:22 a.m.

Marcus A. Russell, 47, of 36 Primrose Ln., Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence and traveling unreasonably fast, 6:37 p.m.

Terrence Manuel, 37, of 35 Chester St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of cannabis, 8:35 p.m.

Sunday, Sept. 8

Thomas D. Rodriguez, 26, of 136 Pleasant St., Enfield, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and failure to display inserts, 3:00 a.m.

Maura E. Kleban, 24, of 218 Mather St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 1:12 p.m.
