Franco Liquori, 41, of 130 Brainard Rd., Enfield, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:25 p.m.

Kerri L. Maloney, 42, of 40 Indian Run, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Paul S. Paquette, 39, of 40 Indian Run, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.
