Enfield Police Identify Man Killed by School Bus
The man was struck and killed while walking along Route 5 Wednesday morning.

Enfield police have identified the victim of Wednesday’s fatal accident on Route 5 involving a school bus and a pedestrian.
Paul Phillips, an Enfield resident, was walking northbound on King Street across from St. Patrick’s Cemetery around 6:15 a.m. when he was struck and killed by a small school bus, police said.
Another man who was walking alongside Phillips was not injured, police said.

A relative of Phillips told Fox 61 that he had been walking home from his job at Cracker Barrel in East Windsor, where he had been employed for about 14 years.
Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said the investigation into the accident continues, and no charges have been filed.
