UPDATE: Enfield Police Cancel Search for Missing Nursing Home Patient
Shortly before 10 p.m., police indicated they had received information that the patient was no longer in Enfield.

UPDATE, 10 p.m. — A message sent via the Enfield Alert system at 9:53 p.m. read, "The Enfield Police Department has received information indicating that the party missing from Blair Manor is no longer in Enfield. The Department would like to thank the public for all of the information concerning the individual."

ENFIELD, CT — The Enfield Police Department is currently looking for a missing 72-year-old patient from the Blair Manor Nursing Home on Hazard Ave.

The party is described as a white male who was last seen wearing shorts and a baseball cap. He is bald on top with gray hair on the sides of his head, and uses a walker with tennis balls on the feet.
He was last seen walking eastbound on Hazard Ave. near Columbia Road around 8 p.m.
