New Enfield Police Officer Begins Field Training
Ramirez will work alongside a field training officer as he transitions into patrol duties in Enfield.
ENFIELD, CT — The Enfield Police Department has welcomed a new officer to its ranks following his graduation from the Hartford Police Academy.
Officer Randall Ramirez recently completed training as part of Hartford Police Academy Class 2025-02 and will now begin a 16-week field training program with the department, police officials said.
During the field training period, Ramirez will work alongside experienced officers while preparing to take on solo patrol duties in Enfield.

Police said Officer Agnew will serve as Ramirez’s primary field training officer as he transitions into patrol responsibilities. The department said it is pleased to welcome Ramirez to the agency.
