ENFIELD, CT — State Police Tuesday searched a property on Moody Road in Enfield as part of an investigation into a summertime homicide case.

Authorities were seen in force at the 33 Moody Road property beginning Tuesday morning. There was still a heavy police presence into the early evening hours at the property. At 6 p.m., three law enforcement vehicles were parked in or near the driveway of 33 Moody Road and seven others were across the street on the lawn of the Enfield Department of Public Works.

State police said they believe the location is connected to the death of 38-year-old James Comes. The Moody Road property and the case are also directly connected to what authorities are referring to as "a known motorcycle club."
