Enfield State Aid Slashed $3.3 Million Under Malloy's Latest Plan
Enfield would receive $28.5 million in state aid in fiscal year 2019 instead of the nearly $32 million previously approved.

ENFIELD, CT - The bad news keeps coming for Connecticut municipalities as the state attempts to claw out from under its budget mess.
Under Gov. Dannel P. Malloy's revised, proposed adjustments to the fiscal year 2019 budget previously adopted by the legislature state municipal aid would be cut nearly $100 million - both in the education and non-education side.
For Enfield, it would be a 10 percent cut from the previously approved $31.9 million total - to $28.5 million.
