Enfield Woman's Death Officially Ruled a Homicide
The body of a 62-year-old woman was found in a wooded area just over a month ago.

ENFIELD, CT — Police are still investigating the death of a woman last month in Thompsonville in a case which has been officially ruled a homicide.
A ruling was recently issued by the office of the state's chief medical examiner in the death of Pamela Cote, 62, whose body was discovered Oct. 28 in the woods behind a public housing complex at the northern end of Windsor Street.
The cause of Cote's death was ruled as homicidal asphyxia.

Police Chief Carl Sferrazza said his department has some suspects, but no arrests have yet been made in connection with the case, which remains an active investigation.
