Villari's Martial Arts Center on Hazard Avenue will be hosting an Adult Self Defense Clinic on Saturday, August 27th at 2:00 PM. The clinic is open to the public and is appropriate for any fitness level. The focus will be on locks and releases as well as other practical techniques. 100% of the $20 registration fee will be donated to the Network Against Domestic Abuse.
