Connecticut Open House Day takes place on Saturday, June 11. Over 200 museums, cultural organizations, parks, theaters, family establishments, shops and more are participating by offering discounts, free admission, special events, activities and more. Connecticut’s Old State House (http://www.ctoldstatehouse.org) is offering free admission from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is History Day with Connecticut students performing in the afternoon and view the exhibit highlighting students’ projects from 2011 State History Day.
