Mike Sweeney fired a 38 to earn medalist honors, leading Fermi to a 165-174 victory over Rockville in CCC East golf action Monday at Grassmere Country Club in Enfield.
Christian Morell had a 41 and Bryan Ortiz shot 42 to aid in the Falcons' victory.
"Although we didn't have a great start, we've settled into our own and started posting some scores for states," Fermi coach Matt Gaffney said.
Brad Gale led Rockville with a 39, while Joe Lucia shot 43.
"The boys have improved throughout the year, and they continue to work hard and grind it out every match, regardless of score," Rams coach Christian Stevenson said.
Both teams return to action on the road Tuesday at 3 p.m. Fermi (11-6) takes on RHAM at Blackledge, while Rockville (5-11) visits Rocky Hill at Rolling Greens.
