Festival of Lights at Enfield Square Mall!

Chanukah got off to a bright start at Enfield Square Mall! On December 12, Chabad Jewish Center (www.ChabadER.com) held a special ceremony.

The Festival of Lights got off to a bright start at Enfield Square Mall!
On Tuesday evening, December 12, the Chabad Jewish Center (www.ChabadER.com) held a special ceremony marking the first evening of Chanukah.

Highlights of the event:

-- A giant 9-foot community Menorah was kindled.

-- Hot cider and warm potato Latkes were enjoyed by all.

-- State Representative Greg Stokes (who is also a Pastor) addressed the crowd and helped kindle the Menorah.

-- "Mr. Dreidel," the vivacious Chanukah mascot, made a special appearance.

-- A festive Dreidel game was held right there, on the floor of the mall!

-- Free raffles were drawn for valuable Chanukah prizes.

003 -- Children and adults alike enjoyed fun and creative Dreidel games right there on the floor of the Enfield Mall. Rabbi Wolvovsky led the games and taught participants some creative ways to play!

004 -- A giant 9-foot community Menorah was kindled at Enfield Square Mall. Being the first evening of Chanukah, the Shamash ("Servant Candle") and the first candle were lit.

005 -- A festive community Chanukah celebration was held at Enfield Square Mall. A giant Menorah was kindled, hot cider and warm Latkes were served, and participants were treated to free raffles and entertainment.

006 -- Free raffles for valuable Chanukah prizes were raffled off at the community Chanukah celebration at Enfield Square Mall.
