Getting It Done In The Classroom: College Students From Enfield

ENFIELD, CT — Here are some recent notable accomplishments by local college students, as provided by readMedia Newswire. More great feats will be noted in the coming weeks.

American International College, Springfield MA

• AIC has named 453 students, including four from Enfield, to the Dean's List for the fall 2022 semester: Jake Timme, who majors in management; Erin Chase, who majors in nursing; Alexandra Drexler, who majors in health science, and Aneida Molinam, who majors in public health. Dean's List students are full-time students who have achieved a 3.3 to 4.0 GPA.

Castleton University, Castleton VT

• Nathan Kennerson of Enfield was recently named to the Castleton University Dean's List for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year. To qualify for this academic honor, students must maintain full-time status and a semester grade point average of 3.5.

Nichols College, Dudley MA

• Sydney Ball of Enfield achieved academic honors for the fall 2022 semester at Nichols College. The President's List and Dean's List recognize those students who achieve high grades during a single semester. To be included on the President's List, a student must have a grade point average of 3.85 or higher for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and must have received no grades below B- during the semester. Students with a minimum grade point average of 3.5 for at least 12 undergraduate credit-hours and no grades below B- will receive Dean's List honors.

Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester NH

• Michael Wayner, Christina Terra and Dylan Sherman, all of Enfield, were named to the fall 2022 President's List. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the reporting term are named to the President's List. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring, and summer.

Western Connecticut State University, Danbury CT

• Tyler Catania of Enfield, a cybersecurity major, was named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2022 semester.
