Home & Community Health Services Offering 8 Week Grief Counseling Program
Johnson Memorial Medical Center will be offering a free 8 week bereavement support group at the Enfield Senior Center
Enfield, CT- Beginning on September 29, 2015 Johnson Memorial Medical Center’s home health and hospice agency, Home & Community Health Services (H&CHS), will be offering a free 8 week bereavement support group at the Enfield Senior Center. The program runs weekly every Tuesday from September 29, 2015 – November 17, 2015 from 3:30 pm-5:00 pm. Group will be offered pending adequate interest.
