Kiner Gets Perfect Score From State Environmental Group

He earned accolades for his support of environmental legislation.

State Rep. David W. Kiner (D-Enfield, East Windsor) has earned a perfect score from the state’s leading environmental watchdog group, the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV).

The CTLCV gave Rep. Kiner a 100% on the league’s 2015 scorecard for his perfect record of supporting key pieces of environmental legislation this session. He has also earned a lifetime score of 98%.

“As an elected official, ensuring that future generations can enjoy a better Connecticut is one of my primary responsibilities. Protecting our environment for future generations to enjoy is very important to me and it is also critically important for our economy,” said Kiner. “Having clean air, land, and water makes Connecticut a more desirable place to live and do business, and I look forward to tackling more environmental issues next session.”
