LETTER: Carol Hall is a Tireless Advocate for Enfield

Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

I am writing in support of my friend, Carol Hall, who is running to be our State Representative in the 59th District. Carol and I served together on the Enfield Town Council in the late 90s and early 2000’s. Carol is still serving as a town councilor and is in her twelfth year of service. Carol is hard working, determined and committed to always do her best for the town of Enfield.

After I transitioned to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Carol and I have continued to work together. I feel Carol is a positive leader who uses a common-sense approach to bring people together to solve problems.

Carol has been a tireless advocate for our residents and a staunch supporter of lean, balanced budgets.

I am confident Carol is exactly the type of person we need to represent us in Hartford - a voice of, and for the people with the skills and tenacity to bring fiscal responsibility back to the Capitol. I urge my neighbors in the 59th District to please join me on November 8th in voting for Carol Hall to be our next State Representative.
