LETTER: Endorsing Nick Hopkins For Enfield Town Council Seat
Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

I endorse Nick Hopkins for Town Council, District Four.
Nick is a Connecticut public defender and an AFSCME, Council 4, Local 381 member. He believes in balanced government and fiscal responsibility. If elected, Nick will use his legal skills and experience to advocate for the needs of District Four families and help support the entire town.
Nick and his wife recently purchased their first home. He will work hard to attract other young families to town by reducing fees that pass infrastructure costs onto working households, spending money responsibly, and keeping taxes affordable.

Nick is a strong advocate who will bring new business to Enfield and foster existing economic opportunities. I want every voter in District Four to consider the lack of progress that the current council person has made in the two years she has been in office. I believe that Nick is the right choice to help build the kind of Enfield we all want to live in.
