LETTER: Former Enfield Rep Endorses Matt Despard In District 3

ENFIELD, CT — It is my pleasure to endorse Matt Despard for the Enfield Town Council, District 3. Matt is smart, compassionate and a tireless advocate for his community. Matt has tremendous energy and a keen ability to work collectively with other leaders to make sound policy decisions for the town. I know that Matt will work hard for the people of his district and for the town as a whole.

Matt will be a strong and empathetic leader. He is a professional therapist and skilled around listening, learning and making recommendations. He is a convener and bridge builder, with an aim to bring all opinions to the table, before making a decision.

Enfield will certainly benefit from Matt’s steady leadership.. He will amplify the voices of town residents who aren’t always heard and endeavor to move Enfield toward enhanced unity.

I’m excited to vote for Matt Despard and I look forward to seeing him on the Enfield Town
Council. I hope you will join me in voting for him on November 2nd.
