LETTER: Jean Acree Seeks To Retain Her Enfield School Board Seat
Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

My name is Jean Acree. I am a retired school teacher who taught in the Springfield Public Schools for 40 years. I now reside in Enfield, and I have lived in this community since 2017. I am a proud mother of two grown sons and I also have three beautiful grandchildren who live in the southwest.
I would like to share my experience as an educator with the children and parents of Enfield as a Board of Education member. I served on School Decision Boards and I was a student mentor as well. During my 40 year tenure I have seen many changes in the education system but I would like to be part of the good changes that are happening in the Enfield Public schools.
It would be an honor and a privilege to be part of Enfield’s schools. I ask for your vote on November 2 for myself and my entire Republican team.
