Opinions expressed are those of the letter writer and do not necessarily reflect the views of Patch Media. Opposing viewpoints are welcomed.

ENFIELD, CT — Having served successfully for three years plus on the Enfield Town Council, Robert “Bob” Cressotti is back on the ballot for Enfield Town Council At Large. Why vote for Bob Cressotti? Because he means what he says, and he follows through on his promises.
At the outset of his political career, Bob spoke of economic growth and valuing residents’ voices. He meant what he said, and he delivered. In terms of economic growth, he delivered with a cohesive plan that included vitalizing midtown, creating business and recreation opportunities for the residents of Enfield, and generating additional revenue to continue improvements without raising taxes. In terms of listening to and connecting with constituents, Bob has delivered with attendance and outreach at community events, an impeccable record of responding to constituents’ correspondence, and a vote against the ordinance on the prohibition of any Retail Cannabis Establishment in Enfield.
For his fourth term, Cressotti promises to continue pushing his economic development initiatives, as well as working toward lowering Enfield’s carbon footprint, improving social and youth services, and rebuilding the town’s Democratic party.
