LETTER: Support Marcy Taliceo for School Board

I encourage all Enfield voters to support a very competent Democratic candidate for Board of Education, Marcy Taliceo.

Marcy strikes a blow against the perceived notion that today’s young adults are apathetic about local government. It is refreshing to witness such a capable enthusiastic young woman as Marcy come forth with willingness to run for office in service of town students.

Marcy is an Educational Advocate and a Licensed Professional Counselor. As the owner of a Mental Health Clinic here in Enfield, she demonstrates strong practical knowledge and brings clear understanding of the business side to the municipal education system.

Her election will further the stated goal of the Enfield Democratic party and candidates to prepare students with 21st century skills for success in today’s global environment. She will work to ensure each graduate will be career or college ready.

Please vote for this strong candidate for Enfield’s Board of Education and the other Democrats running for office on November 7, 2017.
