Man Secretly Recorded Video Of Underage Girl Changing: Enfield PD

ENFIELD, CT — Massachusetts police are holding a man in custody on a fugitive from justice charge stemming from a warrant obtained by the Enfield Police Department.

Felix Ramirez, 43, was arrested by East Longmeadow police on the Enfield warrant, which charges him with voyeurism and disorderly conduct. According to information provided by Police Chief Alaric Fox, Ramirez was involved in an incident at a retail store in Enfield in which he used the camera on a phone which he slid under a dressing room wall, capturing video of an underage girl who was partially clothed on the other side.

Police did not disclose the date and time of the incident, nor the name of the store.

Anyone who has experienced a similar incident is encouraged to report it to the police department where it occurred, Fox said.
