Monday Schedule Altered for Enfield Schools

ENFIELD, CT — Slick road conditions caused by some freezing precipitation overnight has caused Enfield school officials to utilize the 2-hour delayed opening schedule on Monday, April 16.

All Enfield public schools, Stowe Early Learning Center, parochial schools, Head Start, out-of-town buses, and ERfC School Age Centers will open late. There will be no morning preschool classes; afternoon preschool will follow the regular schedule. Adult Education morning classes and developmental childcare has been canceled.

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 8 a.m. for Hartford and Tolland Counties.
