Assumption College, Worcester MA
- Assumption College has announced that 535 students have been named to the College's prestigious undergraduate Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester, including Stephen Picard, Class of 2017, from Enfield. To earn a spot on the Dean's List, Assumption students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 for a five-class, 15-credit semester. The Dean's List is announced twice per academic year, once at the completion of the fall semester, and again at the completion of the spring semester.

- The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that more than 5,290 undergraduates have qualified for the spring 2017 Dean's List. The students represent nearly all of Rhode Island's cities and towns, all six New England states, New York and New Jersey, many other states and countries. Enfield students named to the Dean's List were Harrison Grey Shrair, Ashley Marie MacGregor, Benjamin Adam Magnuson, Julie Marie Rotatori and Macey Lynn Clavette. To be included on the Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades earning at least a 3.30 quality point average.
Western New England University, Springfield MA
- On Sunday, May 21, the University conferred degrees to nearly 400 graduate students receiving masters, law, and doctorate degrees from its Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Business, Engineering, Pharmacy, and School of Law. Aaron J. Garcia of Enfield graduated with a Juris Doctor, while Alison P. Wynn of Enfield graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor (cum laude) and a Master of Business Administration.
- Western New England University's Undergraduate Commencement was held on Saturday, May 20, in the Alumni Healthful Living Center on the University campus. Approximately 600 students received degrees and several ROTC Cadets were commissioned as officers. Enfield graduates were Emily L. Gahr, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering; Celina R. Gaines, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; Mary Jane Jamrogowicz, cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; Nina C. Kublan, magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature; Ryan M. Leite, graduated with Honors with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance; Macy O. Peach, summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and Leadership; Timothy J. Pisano, Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering; and Dustin J. Sroka, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
