The Network Purple Event Raises a Record-Breaking $43,000
The Network Against Domestic Abuse Annual Purple Event is a Huge Success Raising Significant Funds to Support Victims of Domestic Abuse.
The Network Against Domestic Abuse Annual Purple Event was held on Friday, June 10 at LaNotte Weddings & Banquets in East Windsor, Connecticut. The Purple Event raised a record-breaking $43,000 to support programs for victims of domestic abuse and their children.
Major corporate sponsors included Ment Law Group, PeoplesBank and Smith Brothers Insurance as the Purple Ribbon Sponsors; Todd & Debra Gish and Pickle Jar Deli were the Samaritan Sponsors; Melania Hasiuk - Coldwell Banker, Leading to Unlock, LLC and Westfield Bank were the Humanitarian Sponsors along with 360 Federal Credit Union, Allied Community Services, Browne Memorial Chapels Funeral & Cremation Services, Fallon Law Office, Lenkowski, Lonergan & Co., LLP, M&T Bank, and North Central News as the Champion Sponsors.
Since 1985, The Network Against Domestic Abuse has diligently worked to reduce the incidence of domestic abuse and provide much needed assistance to adult victims and their children and through education to our youth in the schools. The Annual Purple Event supports the many services that are provided free of charge.

Services provided by The Network are free and include outreach, crisis intervention, support and counseling services, as well as a 15-bed emergency shelter for individuals and families.
