New Scholarship Established In Memory Of Enfield High School Alum
A new memorial scholarship totaling $40,000 over four years is available to a graduating Enfield High School senior.

ENFIELD, CT — A new scholarship offering $5,000 per semester over four years, or $40,000 total, has been established by an Enfield High School graduate in memory of his late sister.
John Dion, a 1982 Enfield alum, is providing the scholarship in honor of his sister, Karen Dion, a 1977 graduate of Enfield High School. They had four other siblings who all graduated from both Enfield and the University of Connecticut. Karen's two daughters graduated from Fermi High School, and a nephew is currently a junior at UConn.
This is an annual needs-based scholarship that will be awarded to an Enfield High School graduating senior who will be attending a State of Connecticut four-year public college or university.
