Parkway Pavilion Health Care Dog Show

The South Windsor Kennel Club Presented "Meet the Breeds" to Parkway Pavilion Healthcare Residents

Members of the South Windsor Kennel Club (SWKC) spent a recent Saturday afternoon at Parkway Pavilion Healthcare in Enfield. The SWKC is known for providing public service events throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts as part of their American Kennel Club requirement.

According to show organizer, host and announcer, Dennis Rembiesa, “members are excited to present and talk about their dogs to give residents the opportunity to be exposed to purebreds.”

A Bernese Mountain Dog, Smooth Coat Collies, Rough Coat Collie, Tibetan Terriers, Greater Swiss Mountain Dog, an Irish Setter and a Pug were among those included in the procession. Each owner spoke about their dog and residents were able to visit with them at the end of the presentation.
