• 2 Found Dead Inside Enfield Home, Police Say (patch.com) — Residents may be alarmed after a 48-year-old man and 43-year-old woman were discovered dead inside their Foxhill Lane home in Enfield, where a living room had been converted into a bedroom. Police report no signs of foul play, but noted heavy alcohol use and prescription medications at the scene, and the medical examiner is investigating the cause of death while identities are withheld.
   

• Solar Company Leases 125,000 Square Feet At Former Hallmark Site In Enfield (patch.com) — Enfield residents will see new life at the former Hallmark property, where Massachusetts-based Solect Energy Development has leased 125,000 square feet on Manning Road. The solar company plans to use the large industrial space for its growing operations, while additional warehouse space in the Enfield building remains available for other tenants.
   

• Enfield MassMutual campus developer seeks to add 23 townhomes to massive redevelopment (hartfordbusiness.com) — A developer is seeking approval to add 23 more townhomes to the large-scale redevelopment of the former MassMutual campus on Bright Meadows Road in Enfield, bringing the total to 180. Over the next five years, the project will convert offices into hundreds of apartments and townhomes, add commercial space, and introduce amenities like pools and clubhouses, with prices starting around $499,000.
