• After first plan falls apart, CT town looks again to resurrect neighborhood (courant.com) — Enfield officials are rethinking how to redevelop Thompsonville after a 70-unit Union Square apartment proposal collapsed, and are preparing a new request for developers. Town leaders and residents want a project that mixes housing with attractive retail, fits the neighborhood's character, and addresses traffic and parking near the planned Enfield rail station.
