She was last seen wearing a gray tank top, plaid leggings and black flip-flops, police said.         Police said she is white, 5-foot-5, has brown hair and blue eyes and weighs 170 pounds.         Anyone who might know where Williams is can call Enfield police at 860-763-6400.         Police issued a photo of Williams.
