Richard William Leno, 90; Former Enfield Resident Who Owned the Colonial Iron Shop
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 10 with the funeral planned for Wednesday, Feb. 11.

Richard William Leno, 90, of Somers and formerly of Enfield, entered into eternal rest Sunday, February 8, 2015 at Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Stafford.
Born in Worcester, MA Richard was the son of the late Alba and Margaret (Sullivan) Leno.

He was a resident of the town of Enfield since 1950 and had lived in Somers since 2008. Richard was a WW II Navy Veteran who served his country honorably. He owned and operated Colonial Iron Shop from 1960-1989. In his free time, he loved fishing and the outdoors.
He is survived by two sons, Richard W. Leno II and his wife Kathleen of Somers, Anthony K. Leno and his wife Anna of Enfield; two daughters, Frances Meade of Hooksett, NH, and Kathleen M. Crean and her husband Terrence of Middlefield, MA. He also leaves eight grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his wife, Isabella Leno (1988).
Calling hours will be held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 10th 2015 at Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Rd., Enfield. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday February 11th a.m. at Leete-Stevens with burial following at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery.
