A work in progress since 2016, the former St. Adalbert Parochial Grammar School will now be home to those living in the twenty, one bedroom apartments. The complex, located at 90 Alden Avenue is projected for occupancy on May 15.

The apartments will serve as a catalyst and part of the reenergizing of the Thompsonville section of Enfield.”
