St. Bernard School Annual HOPES Dinner

2017 St. John Neumann Award Recipients

ST. BERNARD SCHOOL RECIPIENTS OF THE ANNUAL ST. JOHN NEUMANN AWARD

Mr. David Hayes and Mrs. Rebecca Hayes from St. Bernard School were honored at the 40th Anniversary HOPES (Help Our Parish Elementary Schools) Dinner sponsored by the Office of Education, Evangelization and Catechesis, Archdiocese of Hartford, and held at the Aqua Turf Club, Southington on October 16, 2017. The gathering of over 430 included pastors, principals and volunteer leaders representing several school constituencies - parents, grandparents, past parents, alumni and friends. Seventy eight representatives from 38 schools were honored with the 2017 St. John Neumann Award for Volunteer Service, in recognition of outstanding service to Catholic education at the parish school level.
