ENFIELD, CT — Connecticut state police are seeking eyewitnesses to a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 91 in Enfield Thursday afternoon that injured a local man.Around 3:46 p.m., a 2001 Ford Escape traveling northbound went out of control at the Exit 47W offramp, left the roadway and struck a tree. The operator, David Rose, 43, of Enfield, sustained serious injuries and was transported to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, police said.Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has pertinent information is asked to contact Trooper Aaron Pelletier at 860-534-1000.Patch file photo
