Storm Aftermath Causes School Schedule Change in Enfield

ENFIELD, CT — Due to aftereffects from Wednesday's snowfall, schools in Enfield will follow a 2-hour delayed opening schedule on Thursday, Feb. 8.

All public schools, Stowe Early Learning Center, parochial schools, Head Start, out-of-town buses, CREC Public Safety Academy and ERfC School Age Centers will open late. There will be no morning preschool classes. Afternoon preschool will follow the regular schedule. Adult Education morning classes and developmental childcare have been canceled.
